Topic: Mail form failure in Contacs (4.9)

If I activate the email form in the contacs component, the send button does do nothing. (captcha activated)
Any ideas?

In fact, after upgrading to 4.9. the system doesn't send any messages at all (Mass-Mail, Confirmation for new Users, Contact-Form etc.)
It's probably a javascript glitch.
